This week with the 7 ingredients Aaron came up with these flavour some pasty’s and banana wrap desert.

2 Sweet Potato
1 cup of peas
1st wash the carrot sweet potato and parsnip then peel and cut in to strips and boil for 8 to 10 mins.
Pasty filling– 2nd wash cut the onions, wash and cut the leaves of 2 sprigs of rosemary and also the thyme too then the garlic but chop small.
Then in a hot pan fry with olive oil or 1 cal spray all the ingredients and boiled vegetables but cut them in to 1cm pieces before you add. when the onions are going slightly brown and getting soft Then add the mince and half a tin of corn beef and fry until brown. then add beef stock and simmer for 5 mins or until stock almost gone.
Pastry – add sprinkles of plain flour to a chopping board roll out pastry and use a bowl or anything round and cut the round discs add add all to a plate when finished lay on board wisk one egg and brush on 1cm thick around the edge of the disc pastry. put the mixture in the middle fold over and twist the edges to seal then add on your baking tray brush with egg over the top. When added all to the tray place in the oven and cook for 12 – 15 mins on 180c. Take out and leave for 10 mins then serve.
Tortilla – Brush maple syrup on both sides of the wrap then In a hot dry pan fry for 20 seconds each side then plate. Cut the banana into pieces add the scoop of ice cream, squirty cream and fold. use 3 tooth pics to hold together then place strawberries either side, finish off with chocolate sauce over the top.
