This week SYA wants to give you some ideas on upper body work outs using just your body and no weights.

Try this 10 minute work out doing 3 sets of 30 seconds of these at home. If this is too easy try 1 min of each instead of 30 seconds, with a 1 min rest after the first 5 exercises,
