Name of Activity: 30 second figure of 8 challenge

Suitable for ages: 8+

Resources required: Pair of socks, tennis ball, football

How to play:

  1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, bending knees slightly
  2. Pick your ball, socks, other piece of equipment up and, passing it between both hands, draw a figure of 8 between and around your legs
  3. To make it easier place socks on the floor and move object on the floor. Make it harder by increasing the size of the object

 

How many did you do in 30 Seconds? Can you beat your score? Can you challenge anyone else in your house? Can you draw a figure of 8 both ways?
