Name of Activity: Speed bounce

Suitable for ages: 5+

Resources required: Any line or object to bounce over

How to play:

 

  1. Stand side on next to a line with two feet together
  2. Take off on two feet and jump across the line landing on two feet.
  3. Bounce back to the other side keeping two feet together.

 

Each jump across the line is counted as one.

Be Creative. If you do not have a line you can jump across a brush, a stick, a pair of trainers, a rolled up jumper.

How many of these jumps can you make in 30 seconds
