First boil rice then leave to one side.
Second add frying pan to heat then when hot add the oil or 1 cal spray with fresh garlic cut small, hand full of fresh basil tin of chopped tomatoes dried mixed herbs tea spoon, 2 table spoons of tomato puree season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5 mins, Then add the rice and simmer for another 3 mins, When done add to a bowl
Add flour into a bowl add pinch of salt and pepper 1/2 a tea spoon of mixed herbs, 1/2 a tea spoon of garlic powder.
Chicken goujons cut into strips add to flour then dip in egg , roll in bread crumbs and place on a separate plate, when all done place in the fridge.
Mix avocado in a container add salt and pepper and onion granules then leave aside.
heat a pan and shallow fry in veg oil the goujons then leave to cool.
Get the bloomer on a chopping board and cut three lines from end to end one in the middle then the others a good 5cm apart but don’t cut all the way through the bred leave an inch at the bottom.
Open each bit of the bread with a spatchler and baste the mushed avocado all through the bread then do the same with the tomato rice base using half the bowl, start adding the ham and chicken placing in between the bread then finish off the rice mix. Baste garlic butter over the top of the bread and bake for 3 mins then add the haloumi in between and all other ingredients Doritos then mozzarella over the top and place in oven for 7 mins then serve.
