Steve’s take on the 5 ingredients used for cooking this week.
Boil a small portion of rice
As the rice is boiling chop the tomato, onion and peppers in small pieces and mix together (chopped chilli can be added at this point). Add some olive oil and a little citrus juice (Lemon/lime) to the mix.
Chop some avocado
Drain the rice, crush doritos as small as possible and mix together.
Slice the tiger bread in to chunks
Under the grill slightly toast the tiger bread
Once toasted place a tiny portion of rice on the bread and add the tomato, onion and pepper mix. Add avocado afterwards.
Dress with a little salt and pepper.
