Ingredients

– meat balls- mince meat, onion and an egg and dried herbs. Oregano is suggested.

Pasta- spaghetti

Sauce. Either a Jar sauce or homemade 2 tins of chopped tomatoes, some onions, garlic, mushrooms salt and pepper to season.

 

Method

2 saucepans, 1 for sauce, 1 for spaghetti, frying pan to brown meatballs.

Wash hands. Chuck mince beef, chopped onions and egg into bowl, and mix up. Shape into meatballs, and leave on side.

Fry meatballs until brown all over, then throw in meatballs. Simmer for 20 mins.

big saucepan. Fry up chopped onions, then chopped mushrooms and garlic for a few minutes then put in sauce and stir round for a minute or so.

Simmer for 20 mins. 5 minutes into this, put spaghetti into boiling water and do for 10-15 mins. Drain and serve with meatballs
